  婴儿配方食品标准中未明确规定麦芽糊精的添加量,但规定在配方奶粉中提供碳水化合物的成分为乳糖、乳糖和葡萄糖聚合物,只有经过预糊化后的淀粉才可以加入到婴儿配方食品中,不得使用果糖。对于0-6个月的宝宝来说,乳糖是其公认的更佳碳水化合物来源,因其碳链短,一分子乳糖可分解为一分子葡萄糖和一分子半乳糖,半乳糖能促进脑苷脂类和黏多糖类的生成,对婴幼儿智力发育非常重要,故标准规定婴儿配方食品(0~6月龄)中乳糖占碳水化合物的总量要≥90%,其余被允许添加的碳水化合物在总量的10%以内都是可以的。
